Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for production and manufacturing Engineers located in Puchong. The Engineers will be responsible for planning and developing our new production facilities for aircraft components, and aircraft final assembly of our current Heron 8 Flying boat aircraft as well as our future versions and new designs. The Engineers will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, participate in design reviews, and provide customized solutions for future manufacture.

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in composite and/or metallic manufacturing is desirable but not essential. A good understanding of production and manufacturing methods and processes would be adantageous
• Strong proficiency in design compliance, manufacturing processes, and materials selection
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with testing of aircraft components is a plus
• Familiarity with FAA, and CAAM regulations is preferred
• Good proficiency in use od CAD software within a produ tion environment is preferred
